At Codevocado, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital solutions and services. This Refund Policy details the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our products and services, ensuring transparency and fairness for all our clients.
1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase (30 days for annual subscriptions)
- The product/service was not delivered as described or there were functional issues we failed to resolve within 14 business days
- No substantial usage of the product/service has occurred (less than 10% utilization)
2 Non-Refundable Items
To maintain fairness and sustainability, we cannot provide refunds for:
Tailor-made software solutions once development has commenced (beyond 20% completion).
Consulting, training, or implementation services after delivery.
Immediately accessible digital products after download.
Already utilized subscription periods or services.
3 Refund Request Process

Email support@codevocado.in with your invoice number and detailed reason for refund request.
Evaluation Period
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and may contact you for additional information.
Resolution
If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Processing Times
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
4 Alternative Solutions
Before requesting a refund, consider these alternatives:
Exchange for another product of equal or greater value (price difference may apply).
Receive 110% of the refund amount as account credit for future purchases.
Request additional support to resolve any issues you're experiencing.
